Proiektu hau Interreg Atlantic Area programaren barruan dago. Programa honen helburua Europako lau herrialdetako (Portugal, Espainia, Frantzia eta Irlanda) eskualde atlantikoetan nazioz gaindiko lankidetza bultzatzea da. BLUESKILLING INNOVATIONek beharrezkoak diren gaitasunak emango ditu berrikuntza urdina bultzatzeko, industria-lehiakortasuna indartzeko eta itsas energia berriztagarrien eta nabigazio ekologikoaren teknologiaren hedapena azkartzeko espazio atlantikoan.
